BIRTH PACKAGE - $900

● Ongoing prenatal support via text or phone call throughout pregnancy.

● 2 Prenatal visits (2-3 hours each): I come to your home and we go over everything birth related. Stages of labor, breastfeeding, interventions, birth preferences, comfort measures, and we create a birth plan. I give you tools and resources to help make sure you are physically and mentally prepared for labor and birth.

● Labor and birth: I will be on call 24/7 from the time you are 38 weeks until your baby is born. Once you go into labor you will contact me and I will come to you to support you throughout labor and birth. This looks like providing physical and emotional comfort, advocating for you, helping to keep you informed, and creating a safe place for you. I will stay 2-3 hours after birth to make sure you are settled and comfortable. 

● 1 Postpartum visit (2 hours): I come to your home for a visit! This visit is solely based on your needs. I can answer questions, help you process the birth, hold your baby while you nap, do light housework, or prepare a meal.
